Welcome to Bhaukaal Media Agency. These Terms & Conditions govern the creative branding, social media growth, and digital marketing services we provide. Sourcing our retainers means you accept this framework of cooperation.
By accessing our website or registering for our premium retainer strategies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not engage our services.
Bhaukaal Media Agency specializes in custom-made Graphic Design, premium Logo Design, UGC Video Marketing campaigns, Influencer Marketing Matchmaking, Facebook & Instagram promotion, and high-retention cinematic Video Editing. Detailed service scopes are established in individual work proposals.
All draft creatives, vector shapes, logo iterations, and high-retention video files remain the proprietary assets of Bhaukaal Media Agency until full invoice clearance is achieved. Upon final payment, the client is granted a perpetual, global, non-exclusive license to use the delivered assets.
All campaign retainers, design costs, and promotional budgets are billed in advance as detailed in your tier selection. Payments must be processed through authorized channels. Retainer cancellations require a 30-day written notice.
Clients must provide accurate brand guides, access coordinates for business panels, high-res assets, and timely feedback on creative drafts. Delayed responses of over 7 working days may reschedule project completion timelines.
Revisions are scoped based on the selected pricing tier. Revisions cover feedback on text overlays, pacing adjustments, and layout corrections. They do not cover complete changes to already approved scripts or initial concepts.
Our strategic campaigns may utilize third-party networks (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Business Tools, Lucide, Unsplash). We are not responsible for updates, suspensions, or policy shifts originating from these networks.
In no event shall Bhaukaal Media Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, engagement drops, or ad account suspensions) arising out of our marketing campaigns.
Either party may terminate a collaboration immediately if the other party breaches any material term of these Conditions. Upon termination, the client shall settle all outstanding balances for completed work deliverables.
We reserve the right to modify these legal terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last Modified' timestamp. Continued use of our solutions indicates agreement with the updated terms.
